I ordered shoes on March 17th, about 96$ and they emailed me saying it shipped. I never received my shoes nor got my money back! I never heard back from my email about my money back!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company after seeing an ad for them on Facebook. The price was attractive so I purchased them that day on March 29, 2020. Received a confirmation email of purchase that day and then a shipping email April 4. I was provided a FedEx tracking number. However FedEx never received the item, only that a label had been created. I reached out April 10th for an update.

First response from that day:



Dear Customer,

Sorry for the late of the reply, we’ve sent your package to the post office already, it will take the flight to your country soon!

Have a nice day:)

Again I reached out on April 28th, it had been over 4 weeks by that point and FedEx still did not have the package in possession.

“Dear customer,

We feel so sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your great support.

Your package has been shipped out, the tracking information will update a few days later:

The tracking number directed to the FedEx number previously provided to me.

I waited until May 5th, this time threatening to open a case with PayPal.

“ Dear,

We just contacted the post office, your order is shipped out.

Due to the recent severe epidemic situation, some regional ports are closed. Recently, our parcels can only be imported from the Chicago and Miami ports for final delivery.

This will also cause local delivery of orders in the Western and Midwestern regions to take more time than originally

Would you please wait for a few days? We will call them immediately, the tracking information will be updated soon.

As for the bad shipment, how about a 20% coupon to make up for you?

Your kind understanding will be highly appreciated.

When I explained spending additional money with them (when I had yet to even receive my initial package) was by no means a solution I received this response:

“Dear customer,

We totally understand your feeling, we apologize for the bad transportation. We will push your order, and we can assure you it will arrive soon.

As for this, how about a $10 gift card to make up for you?

So here we are, May 7. Still no movement on the FedEx number. Opening a case with PayPal and hoping for the best, but avoid Thishoes aka Xzz co because you’ll never actually receive a product, just a headache.
