Ordered a bike from their website using PayPal. Received a delivery date and UPS tracking number. Received a delivery notification. I was home when the alleged delivery supposedly happened. Nothing delivered. Called UPS they said the name and delivery information on there end does not match my info and cannot explain why I got a delivery notice. They refuse to give any other information. PayPal will not refund without UPS info.
