I ordered a hoodie from this company in October 25, 2021 and I have not received my merchandise. I have sent countless emails with a response to only one claiming a death in the family, to which I responded with my condolences. My merchandise has been in shipped mode for thirty days now. I still haven’t received my merchandise or a refund. I have also gone on their FB page and to no avail. I just want my merchandise! And their FB page states that all their products are made in New York. I also have a tracking number that leads to nowhere. My name is Ann **, but I ordered under the name Queen *******. The merchandise was to be delivered by the USPS.
