We booked an Orlando vacation home for Dec 27th to January 3rd 2017. Less than a few days before our trip, Think Vacation Homes cancelled our reservation. They noted that the home has been double booked. Think was unwilling to provide a back up rental. Our flights and Disney tickets were booked. Our kids were excited. We were forced to borrow money in order to find whatever hotels in Orlando that were available. The entire week we were in Disney we called Think Vacation Homes to get out refund process. Patrick and Enid continued to give us the run around. Patrick claims to be the Director, but has no real power or authority. Here we are more than a week out and we are out of $2200.00. This appears to be a scam. We are devastated.
