The thinkexam.com company sells an online examination development program. You design your own multiple choice questions for example. The first scam is the service fee offers. It gives your the best low price if you take the monthly plan. After it takes your credit card information you are automatically locked in to a one year plan, not a monthly plan. Which means your credit card is charged for 12 months. I just wanted to try it for two months to see if it was user friendly and easy to use.
I complained to them about that misleading presentation about the lowest price package, but never ever got any satisfactory response.
After struggling to develop an exam bank with the online tutorial I gave up and asked for assistance. Despite tutorial assistance I found that the product was just too complex for the level of instructors that I train as well as the students who sign up for my training. In short, the product is not user friendly and not easy to use. Plus it is a company based in India and the accent is difficult when the tutor is trying to help you on What's App or Google meet.
I then tried to cancel and get a refund. I found that I got satisfactory results using the Zoom platform and did not need their exam development product. After six months of trying (it is now October 19, 2021) to get reassurance that my credit card would not be charged another fee I decided to just file this complaint that the company has an unsatisfactory product and unsatisfactory customer service.
