I order a product there and after a month not even being used it stop working I dm’d them and the person (whoever I was taking to) told me I could send it back and get a refund. I then dm’d them for the address to send the product back and no response I continuously dm’d them and no response after that! It makes no [censored]ing sense at all, but yet they post and be on ig all day long Every time I get on there. [censored]ing scam!

I’m trying to cancel of my orders because they started a 50% off sale a not even a day after I placed my order and they haven’t responded back to me yet on Instagram or via email for some reason but they keep posting on there story and ignoring me and haven’t emailed me back. It’s possible there going to respond and aren’t scammers but if that’s the case the need better customer service. And to put a faq on there website so we know how there returns/refunds or cancellations work.

With their 50% off only brings the product out to $150 so this is a lie .. their order value doesn’t come out to that much and they get hundreds of dms everyday their never not responding.
