On February 23, 2020, I zelled Hong Nhung (aka Amy) Do a total of $3240 for 3 airline tickets to Vietnam. My tickets I thought were bought were "canceled" due to "government closures" in Vietnam. I had been asking for a refund since September 2020. It turns out that Amy, her "friend" Ngan Do (aka Nancy) Thi Kim and this guy, Tran Gn (aka Kenny or Daryl Marshall), claiming to be their "boss" created 3 travel agencies. On May 29, 2020, they emailed me a fake itinerary that they most likely put together. It has the name of TT Travel in Marietta, GA. It turns out that the street address belongs to a restaurant in Atlanta, GA and the city of Marietta with the zip code used belongs to an empty building. It seems like they took pieces from different businesses to make it seem real. I found a TT Travel in Westminster, CA which has nothing to do with these scammers. On July 1, 2021, I took Amy to court and they tried to refund me the money the evening before minus about $350 for "cancelation fee." I received $1700 through Zelle and $1236 through PayPal minus about $36 for PayPal fees from a company called Marshall Global Travel LLC. I told the guy, "Kenny" that I wanted my refund the same way I transferred it to Amy which was through Zelle. He demanded me to request the money through PayPal which I refused. Later that evening, I received a text from PayPal saying that some features in my account had been limited due to suspicious activity. They forced me to take the money through PayPal.

On court day, since they had paid most of it, the judge didn't want to pursue for the rest of the money ($350) and didn't want to hear about these fake travel agencies. Amy also mentioned the 3rd travel agency called Thi Travel. I tried to make the judge understand that she never mentioned any travel agency when I zelled her the money. She could not even submit any evidence that the airline tickets were actually bought. On July 15, 2021, this guy, "Kenny" submitted a dispute to PayPal claiming that the $1236 payment was unauthorized. On August 5, 2021, I was notified by PayPal that that the review was done and that the case was closed. On August 7, 2021, I received another email from PayPal saying that another dispute had been opened. This time this guy, "Kenny" took it to the next level which the financial institution is involved claiming as "unauthorized transaction."

I was told before that they open fake businesses, they scam people, take their money and close the business. Then, open a new business with a different name, close it and so on. They also scam people with gift cards. I also discovered that the address they are using for Marshall Global Travel LLC belongs to a Professional Medical Center in Edmonds, WA.
