This “business” supposedly sells personalized pillows and posts ads via Facebook. The website looks legit, but once you’ve ordered and received an email confirmation, you never hear from them again. Emails are left unanswered and if you comment on Facebook, your comment is deleted and you are blocked. This company has changed names multiple times including just this week. They are currently operating under the name “Charles and James” (https://www.charlesandjames.com). The Velvet Bungalow site has now disappeared. I am sad to say that they scammed my elderly, recently widowed mother who purchased a pillow for me for my birthday. This person should be found and prosecuted. No telling how much money they have scammed from unsuspecting victims just looking for cute, personalized home decor.
