I have no idea how they signed me up for a monthly subscription nor do I know what their company is. I was checking my bank account and noticed a transaction from this company that I hadn't seen before. I started going back to see if this happened more than once and found out that every month since May 15th 2022 to December 15th 2022 they have taken 12.95 out of my account! I emailed the company and told them I do not know what this company is and I have never signed up for anything monthly through this company! I asked that they return the money that was fraudulently taken from me and cancel my membership and I have not received anything from either request! I can't be the only one this company is doing this too because it hides very well in my online bank statement.
