Poorly made product that does not match website description. Many warnings associated with use of the anti-snoring mouth guard that are not listed on the website. Misleading return policy that demands expensive return to mainland China. Do not buy their products, you will regret it!

Ordered 3 mouth guards under the website’s 30 day risk free trial. The boxes the items were in arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Decided with my doctor that the mouth guard is not right for me. Contacted the sleepMD to return the items for a refund. Was politely refused via email siting that 1) due to health reason, items can not be returned or refunded once they are opened, and 2) sales items can not be returned. The truth of the matter is that all their guards are “on sale”. There’s no way to buy a guard at its original price. Plus, isn’t it the meaning of “risk free trial”? That one can try the item, risk free!?
