This website is selling items at a very low unbelievable price. They only use Paypal for payment but they charge a non refundable fee of $4.50 just for you to purchase the item. I suspect this is non refundable as they suggest you send it as a friends and family transfer which has no protection for a refund. I did not purchase the item but I did call the number and it turns out to be a scam.
