I wanted to purchase a Catholic planner subscription that would ship a new planner to me every season. They offered a great sale during their pre-order. The planners were supposed to ship within 10 days of July 1st which is the start of the summer planner and I never received my product. It is now July 5th, and customer service keeps asking if I received my item when they know very well they never shipped out the planner because my account STILL says "pending shipment." I have demanded a refund and removed my card from the subscription website but I am afraid they are going to keep taking money from my bank account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It looks legitimate but it is a complete lie. Their social media filters out all negative comments and they hardly have any following. Stay away! I wish I looked into this company better before making this purchase but no one has reported it other than myself. I hope I can prevent someone else from getting scammed.
