I purchased the theropillo on Jan. 6, 2021. They charged my card the $85.00 the same day. I have emailed them, numerous times, used their contact us form numerous times with no response. I then phoned them, only to get a message that they are busy or not in office and to leave a message. I left a message, that they do not reply to their contact form, or email, and I want a complete refund or notice of when to expect shipment. This has been going on 7 weeks, and haven't received refund or answers.

This company advertises massage “pillows” to use for your neck and back. They charge your card and say you will receive a tracking number for your package in a few days. You never get the package. They do not respond to emails. If they do they say mail is delayed. It’s been over a month and the package hasn’t been shipped. This is a scam for money.
