I ordered 2 pairs of gloves from the website and received a confirmation email about my order. After not receiving the product for 3 weeks and no further communication, I tried to track my order from the original confirmation email, and the website had been deleted

Got a targeted ad on instagram. Shopped the website and ordered multiple products (4 pairs of gloves and a pair of shoes). Ordered Dec 14. Received confirmation email but no shipping email. Reached out to company email provided with no response. Googled and read 15 reviews saying this is a scam and merchandise was never received.

I ordered a pair of gloves on 11/20/22 at 11:11am EST. I never received a confirmation email but had taken a screen shot of the order confirmation from the website. My order confirmation # is T19YCILCP for $29.95. This confirmation had my email address and home address on it. I emailed the company and informed them that I did not receive my confirmation email and they requested the order number which I provided. The company emailed me back stating that there was no order associated with my name, address, email address or order number I gave them. Yet they charged me immediately. I have reached out to this company close to 10 times only to get the exact same response. I have a dispute with my credit card so they can look into this and get their money back.

Ordered 2 pairs of gloves and never received them after 2 weeks and emailed them and no response after waiting few days.
