NEVER GOT MY ORDER! Beyond pissed

Daughter ordered 1 fox 12/24/21. Processed 2x. Total almost $75. Tried emailing then to let them know. No answer. No communication. No order update. No shipment. Requested money back. No answer. Waited too long to contact bank for charge back.

Messaged on FB. No answer.

Just reported to FB.

Scammed out of a Christmas gift

I went to buy the black cat and pink cat plush for my girlfriend, the pink came but the black never came, I contacted over and over until they finally blocked me and deleted their instagram, i never got it, i spent 26$ on it, and this was the first gift i got for her, so it looks bad on me because i had this all planned out.

I never got my order

I ordered on 12/18/21 3 items and I believe 1 order came it was a gift and the other 2 never came. I paid $32.78. They said the 2 items were on back order but items never came. I emailed them 3 times but no response. Scammers!

I ordered a therapy plushie back in November of 2021, first asking about my product and then a refund, I have emailed them a few times asking for my 29.62 payment back to no avail, never get a response and the website is no longer there.

I ordered 4 or 5 presents for family a while ago...for CHRISTMAS. I got a couple updates here and there, and a link that let me view my orders. The order said it wouldn't be ready until February, so I waited. It's March...almost April...$130 gone...so much for those presents.

I wanted to order a Callie Cat for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered it December 18, 2021. It tried to get me to order another one when I was checking out but I noticed and went back to delete it. I have emailed them and they have not responded, it is almost two months now. I’m disappointed and want a refund.

I also ordered 10lb Snoozle from this company on 12/17/21 and my cc was charged $45.36 on 12/20/21. I emailed them today, so we'll see if there is a response.

Took my money, didn't get my order

Ordered a SNOOZLE( 10lb. Weight) was offered a second one at a discounted price so I ended up ordering two. That was on January 31st. for the sum of $75.00. I have emailed them three times with no response. Today tried to go to the website and I can't find it. I ended up on their Instagram page and sent a message but so far no response. I'm devastated. I don't have alot of money so this was kind of a big deal for me. Do not give these people your money. It's a SCAM!

I made two separate purchases back in December 2021. They never shipped. I am currently working with my bank to file a dispute. If you check their social media pages, it's filled with complaints on customers never receiving their orders. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

ORDER NEVER PROCESSED

I ordered several plush animals at the end of December 2021 (so, last year). I suffer from PTSD, and I benefited from a weighted blanket, so I thought I would purchase one of their larger weighted plushies. While there, I also purchased several other items as gifts. They were all on pre-order, but the product site clearly said items would start shipping out in mid-January to early February. As of Feb. 2, 2022, none of my items have even shipped. Their website is not helpful. They claim their phone number is down due to Covid, which doesn't really make much sense, since customer service can easily be done remotely, without risking health. Yet, somehow they claim they will respond to emails? I have sent several emails, no response. Their Instagram page seems to have disappeared. Also, there has been ZERO activity on their Facebook page since December 2021. If you look at most of the comments, it's filled with people saying they never received their orders. The most disgusting part of this whole experience is they claim that 10% of purchases go to mental health resources, which I highly doubt since they are clearly running a scam company!

My order never came

I ordered 2 plushies on December 8th, 2021 which totaled to $52.89. It has been almost 2 months, the first time I emailed, Brooke replied offering a refund or a to get the plushies reshipped (supposedly the first package got lost), I asked for her to reship on December 30th. I re-emailed her on January 6th and never got a reply afterwards. I tried emailing again for a refund and they never responded.

Never got my order

Made an online order to Therapy Plushies on 11/26/2021 and never received it. Contacted them several times and they said it was on the way and blamed it on how slow the USPS is. It may be slow but not that slow. The last time they were contacted they said they would send out a second order, but if they thought I believed that they were wrong. I'm not out any money because I recently filed a dispute with my credit card and got the money back, but obviously I would recommend to stay away from them. Their products are adorable but a lot of good that does if you never receive them.

This is my post. I'm responding that they responded to my credit card company and proved that they sent us a package, albeit empty, so we're responsible for the charge! That's some BS right there and I'm pretty freaking mad about it. Stay away from these crooks. You won't get your stuff and they'll screw you over so your credit card company sides with them.

I ordered a strawberry Norwall plushie from this company on November 18,2021. Due to the way they have payment set up I thought I was confirming my order for one item but ended up buying two accidental. I emailed the company at [email protected] to ask them to take off the second plushie. Kevin emailed and refunded my money on that one. But I never received my order with the one plushies. I emailed them again on December 18, 2021 and asked about the status of my order. No reply. I emailed again on December 28 & again on 29, 2021 both emailed asking for a refund from Kevin who sent me the previous email. No reply. I posted on their Instagram page comments Therapy Plushies this situation Dec. 31,2021. Jan. 1, 2021 when I went to search them on IGbit said USER NOT FOUND. I had a friend search them on their IG account and they were still on IG but had blocked me, because I stated my grievance on their IG page. I still haven’t receive any communication from them & no refund.
