I initially paid this service 229.98 for a letter saying that my pet is a certified emotional support animal. Nowhere on the website when purchasing or in my order confirmation and receipt did it say *anything* about a recurring monthly payment. However, each month since my initial purchase, my credit card was charged a $9.99 fee. I went back to my receipts and their website and, again, found nothing noting a monthly fee. I called them multiple times (leaving voicemails) and emailed their customer support inquiring about this fee and never heard back from them. I went to their website to try to log in to my account and change my billing info, but there was no way to do this. *** ***, my credit card company, was able to block the merchant from charging to my account, so I was not charged for a few months. However, I recently received another 9.99 charge from a different pet company, *** ***, which I found out was *** using a new name for billing. Again, *** *** has blocked the merchant, but I worry that this will happen again and again with different company names for the same company, which never indicated a monthly fee and will not respond to me and will not let me update any information with them.
