I ordered the pocketplay console and case on 2/5/23. The company was supposedly Bay Area based but once I got "tracking" info the product was supposedly coming from out of the country. After several weeks I emailed and messaged them on their chat platform. I received an email stating I would get my order in under 2 weeks. The status of my order has not changed in the almost 2 months since it allegedly shipped. I've emailed, messaged via their website and directly via instagram dozens of times with absolutely no response. I began emailing that I would just like a refund in full and again, no responses to any of my numerous emails and messages. I cannot find any valid contact info for this company. I filed a investigation with my bank the the phone number attached to the transaction for this company is phony.

Contacted phone number after not receiving confirmation email. Person was not affiliated with company. Using common gmail account. Confronted on Instagram have screenshots of conversation that I can provide
