I saw a job posing from someone in a group for job opportunities . I responded to the posting that I was interesting in remote work from home. The job offers stated the pay will be 25.00 for customer service and data entry positions . She requested a private message if interested. I messaged her , she set up an interview with me by which I was required to download an app to communicate with employer on Telegram. Once I did, the interview was conducted and after the 1 hour and nearly 30 minutes interview , I was asked to send $100.00 through cash app, for equipment that will be shipped to me in a few days after the funds are received. Immediately that's when I knew it was a scam. I didn't send any money, but I provided my drivers license photo and social security number .
