I placed a purchase from an ad on Facebook. They took my money but no information on my order. No shipping info other than it shipped. No legitimate tracking info. No estimation of when product will arrive. It has been 3 weeks since the order was placed and the tracking info shows it is not valid. I have tried to reach out to them requesting a cancellation and a refund but all they tell me is that it shipped. There is no way to reach out to them by phone since the number listed is not in service. I have only been able to email them but it takes 3-5 days to get a response from them. I just want to be refunded.
