I ordered 3 lunchboxes that plug in to warm food as gifts for Christmas. They were ordered before Thanksgiving. I didn't received them by the week of Christmas so I started trying to contact them. They never would respond. They merchandise showed they were sent from China and were still in China at that time. Finally I received them at the end of January. I had already contacted them again to tell them I wanted a refund and wanted to send them back when and if they finally arrived. The same day I got them I called my credit card company through which I bought them and started dispute.

I have been working with them since January going back and forth. The company contacted them when my card company contacted them so my card got recharged. I again sent information proving that they weren't responding to me to dispute it again. It got taken off again, but got recharged again in March when this Covid 19 started and now I can't get in touch with my card company because of the back log of people trying to call in. I sent in another letter to my card company on March 16 but haven't heard back from them yet.
