Orthofit advertises across all socials. Supposed to have the most amazing winter boots. They are garbage. Their website states satisfaction guaranteed or refund within 30 days stress-free. All lies. Been going back & forth for over a week trying to return/refund. They offered me 15% back. Went back to ads on FB & saw other ppl angry that no returns are honoured. Woke to an email reply stating they only deal with damaged items. Well, not according to every one of their ads, nor their website. Their products are dollarstore quality, their claims of quality/features are untrue. They are not waterproof, they have NO arch/foot support. They ignore or deny all requests for refund/return. Hard to say what country they work out of. On one FB feed a rep said Australia. They do answer late at night. THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER COMPANY NAME THEY ADVERTISE UNDER, not sure what it is. This is what showed up on my credit card statement:

Fraud / Horrible Customer Service

This website uses fraudulent business practices and I would avoid at all costs. All over their website they highlight "Our Guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your order let us know within 30 days and we will give you a stress free refund" and "Hassle Free Refunds". I ordered shoes that didn't quite fit right. We corresponded a number of times on this via e-mail, yet they refused to honor the above commitment and allow for a return / refund. They have no phone number and no mailing address to follow up.

This company portrays itself as an “orthopedic” footwear company. Stating that it helps with plantar fasciitis a coming for problem that requires one to wear inserts to support a falling arch. These shoes are simply stretchy shoes that have no inner support at all. They are spreading false promises and scamming people to believe that they are a true “support “ shoe.

This company is a scam and do not stick to their terms and conditions and not the products advertised either. Terms of guarantee and refunds changes from purchase to posting. On invoice they offer returns on Orthofit expense, but when you send it back, they do not want to pay the return fees.

On December 19, I purchased 1 pair of 'orthopedic shoes' on the website. Charged to PayPal. After purchase, they offered a discounted pair of shoes. I clicked on the offer and it automatically charged my PayPal account for the offered pair. Not my size. Emailed to cancel 2nd purchase. Only received an auto reply offering additional discount. Declined the automatic payment for the 2nd pair

on PayPal, but PayPal paid it anyway. After not receiving ANY shoes I contacted PayPal and they said they were given proof of delivery and closed out case. I asked for the proof of delivery and they reopened the case. Sent tracking I received January 30th. How could PP have proof of delivery when Orthofit shipping showed the shoes en route? Shoes were never delivered. The tracking Track718 shipper is a scam as well. Received a refund for 1st pair of shoes from Psypal. PayPal would not refund the 2nd purchase I didn't even want. I have notified my credit card company, but you need to shut this down! If you're buying orthopedic shoes, you're probably a Senior Citizen.

Ordered what was to be support shoes. Shoes were ill fitting and I contacted for refund since I met criteria. There is no phone number or US address only email. https://theorthofitstore.com/

I’ve been back and forth (6-7 emails) and they will not honor their return policy. They have only offered me a 10% refund on the shoes stating they were not excepting returns at this time. If you go on their review page, you can see where there are many people complaining of the same refund or lack of. Policy on web is below:
