Represented themselves on Facebook as a legitimate business. The shoes are not sized correctly and the chemical smell is choking. Return policy, back to China in a 30 day period would cost more than the shoes.

Seller (like based in China, but shipping with CA address label) claims to sell orthotic shoes. Delivery takes 3+ weeks, shoes that arrive are NOT orthotic. Seller claims hassle free returns in 30 days, but doesn't respond to email requests to return. Has told other victims to ship back to CHINA for $30+ when they bother to answer. Scam product, scam company. They advertise via Facebook. No phone number available. just the email address
