I purchased a pair of cloud slides via their website on August 21, 2023. They used the Shop Pay App to handle purchases, and because I already had a Shop Pay App account with my credit card information, it was easy to make the purchase. Over the course of the following months, I reached out to The Original Cloud Slides multiple times as well as the Shop Pay App company when it became clear I wasn't going to be receiving the shoes that I ordered. I received a response from the Original Cloud Slides company stating that they were overwhelmed with demand and that orders were expected to be delayed. Eventually, they stopped responding. I never received any response from Shop Pay.

ordered a pair of cloud slides and loved them...then got ad for cloud slides from this fake company- ordered 3 pair and never arrived. Contacted them several time and only got auto response a few times and nothing last few times.
