I seen an ad on Facebook for Hoka shoes, I ordered 2 pair on Dec.15th, 2023. The $69.95 came out of my account the next day. They sent an email to say received my order. After a week and hearing or seeing nothing from them, I emailed the email on January 2nd. Still haven't heard or seen anything from them. No response to email.

I saw a facebook ad for sneakers and went to the site. I purchased Brooks sneakers and received an email confirm and a tracking #. When I clicked on the tracking # originally, it said they were in transit. However, I have still not rec'd my sneakers and now when I try to track them, the Canadian tracking system said this is an invalid number. I have emailed the address in the purchase confirmation but have not received a response.

I ordered two pair of shoes and I have I not received them. I contacted HOKA and was informed that it is a fraudulent account. I was charged not only for the shoes but for other products?

Facebook add for Kuiu hunting clothing on clearance. Credit card was charged but the merchant name that received the payment was THEODUO LEGGINS LLC.

Bought Hooka tennis 3 pairs x 79.95 according to transaction supposed to arrive by Dec 25. Up to know no communication and add in fb diseapered. The f.b. sound like the original site, because I bought the same shoes earlier during the month x 3 times the cost of one of the announce by this site. I should thing that was a spam, just because it was too cheap to be true, and later I noted the add was discontinued in the fb. Well I will try to see if I can recuperate the money that the bank pay for me to this people who don't have any conscience .

Got scamed on 2 pair of shoes for 19.99 a pair, advertising looked real took 49.99 and when I try phone number it says leave a message
