I went into the Verizon store to get business internet. In the attempt to return the item prior to the 30 day window I’ve been unable to. The store I received it from does will not take the return. Two customer service agents suggested mailing a return label I have not received. Three attempts to email a return label have not been received. One customer service agent suggest I pay out of pocket to return the item I picked up from the store. Lastly I created an account to print my own label to be locked out and Verizon has to reset the password that has been unsuccessful on their end. If this is what a new business account is experiencing I can only assume the company is scamming people to stay in contract to charge them additional fees. I’ve been attempting to return this box for the last three weeks!
