I placed an order on December 4th through Etsy expecting it to give as a special Christmas gift! I’ve been emailing the company with no response! Next week is Christmas and I have no gift for my sister who worked so hard as a disabled person to finish medical school! I really wanted to present her with this special gift and now I have nothing to give and no response from the company!


I ordered a necklaces on April 24th they took my money ,but as of yet I have not received my merchandise .Cecil pitts


I was ordered a necklace and was charged on april 16th, it is now may 16th and I still have not recieved my necklace.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company is so unprofessional! They claim to be an online business selling one specific type of necklace named “The Listener”. I went to purchase one necklace, and as I checked out, an offer came up to purchase a second necklace at a discounted price. I fell for it, caved, and purchased a second necklace. This was 11 days before Christmas (December 14th) and the website clearly stated that all orders will be shipped within 12-14 business days. They also stated on their website that you will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped - once it’s shipped out and before you receive it. I received only one necklace on January 2nd. This was only half of my order and I received no prior email about it being shipped- in fact I received that email a day after getting the necklace. I emailed the company ( the only form of contact possible Besides Facebook), and told them I was missing half of my order. Their website states that they will respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. They did not respond to me. I sent a second and third email stating that I was missing a necklace and only one was delivered and I wanted an update on what was going on. I was still ignored after an entire week so I went to their company Facebook page and saw comments posted from unsatisfied customers who were missing orders as well and who were also being ignored. Once I commented on the post to show other customers I was being ignored as well from the company, the Med Squad immediately sent me an email stating that they never even created my missing custom necklace and that they would be refunding me for it. So not only did I not get to receive my second necklace, but it the Facebook page deleted all of my comments and disabled me from further commenting and exposing the scam they’re running on their customers. Orders are not being filled, customers are being ignored, and refunds are not being processed.
