Scammed

I attempted to order twice from this "company", the first time was the end of Nov 2022 and per the confirmation email, the product would be shipped with 3-5 business days. Fast forward to middle of Dec and I emailed and was told they were in backorder and wouldn't expect to ship until mid Jan. I could cancel for a refund or wait. I chose to cancel. I tried a second time and placed the order March 4, 2023, two weeks went by and I emailed March 18, 2023 and was told they are behind because of the new merchandise that just came out and if I don't receive the shipping confirmation in 7 days to contact them back for further assistance. They also gave me a 10% off code. I just emailed and told them to refund me, we will see what happens. If necessary I will file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I had placed an order for 97.99 on Feb 1st. When I placed the order it originally stated 3-5 business days for delivery. February 8th I still had not received an update or tracking number just an order number. I emailed them explaining my concerns February 8th and received an email back stating they are backed up on order but I should get a tracking number with in 7 days. February 17th I reached out again to get an update since I still had no tracking number they again confirmed my order was “still in the works” but there’s still significant delay and that I should receive a shipping tracking number by February 28th 2023. They stated I could cancel my order or continue to wait. So I waited till March 2nd with still no update or tracking number. I emailed them March 2nd stating I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund back. I was then blocked from emailing them. I called their customer support number multiple times with no answer. Left voicemails about my concern and was blocked from calling as well. I checked their Instagram and multiple other people are stating the same thing was done to them and we no longer have any way of contacting them to receive a refund.
