I apologize for submitting again I realized I messed up a date I ordered March 2nd not April first, that is why I keep saying 85 days. Anyways, This scam took place most likely in new albany/ Westerville Ohio area I ordered some hair on March 2nd before the pandemic. It’s is now May 26th and I have revived noting due to the fact that this business is a scam to begin with. I was told shipping took 1-12 days. Obviously that has passed several times. The bio on @theluxetresskollection (website theluxetresskollection.bigcartel.com) is now updated to say 1-30 after this argument. I made a collage but I was told my hair was arriving “next week” to my address well over 8 times. If I was allowed to attach additional photos I would. I was manipulated over the course of 85 days to be patient. I was nothing but kind and the day I threaten to report for fraud I am blocked on all platforms. I dmed her sister who also runs the business and as you can see she had some choice words for me. I was labeled as “rude” and “entitled “ for expecting a product I ordered but as you can see I was nothing but nice. The owner herself Penn Stevie contacted a friend and told her I cussed her out on the phone which is anything but true. In fact my number was blocked which is why I had to start talking to her through dm. I was manipulated into believing her number was changed until she tried to call me from that same number and asked me if there is a problem. Completely unprofessional to try and tarnish a waiting customers reputation. Regardless Corona is taking place and I can only imagine how much more money I would’ve been scammed out of had I not lived in the same state as this person. Unfortunately they do have my address as I placed the order and I will make sure to put out there I am not positive I am safe due to how aggressive both parties were while this took place. I was told I would get a refund plus the hair due to the inconvenience on around day 35? Regardless I was told know because I was rude to threaten to report reviving nothing for 85 days. That’s not how business works. You don’t not send a customer an item they ordered because they call you out for fraud. Regardless the order was never placed. This woman along with her sister does not actually have hair. This whole thing is a fabrication. She simply bought some, asked her sister and some friends to model to make the business look legit, then scammed innocent souls of their money for personal satisfaction. The manipulation through this process is unheard of. Being nice got me walked all over for 85 days. Regardless I did receive my $95 through cash app 67 DAYS AFTER I was promised it and “not a day later” this post is for those who will never revive that, I simply got it because I threatened to get law enforce the involved. This person made up lies such as I already sent the refund to next month “ I’ll send it now” in the bottom left you can see her ADMIT that she has lied about reasons as to why it took so long to see either. I pray this happens to no one else. Thank you.
