Order #5668 was placed early April. On April 18, 2023, I received an email that my order was shipped. In the email it gave a USPS tracking number of 92487902816706840061851516. This tracking number states that a label was created, however USPS never received the item. According to their website, if you email support, you will receive assistance within 48 hours. I sent 3 separate emails with snippit's of the tracking asking for assistance. I received 2 automated emails that I would be contacted within 48 hours. I've never been contacted. There is no phone number associated with the site. I understand this is not a large amount of money, however they are a large platform on Facebook and Instagram. It is my belief that I am not the only one scammed. The site will not allow me to put a review on their site. The only reason I ordered was due to the high ratings and testimonials shown on Instagram.
