I purchased a T-shirt online with The Iron County on April 14, 2025. On April 16th, I received the tracking number. A week later I checked and USPS is still awaiting the item. I called USPS, and they have not received the item and told me to reach out to the company. When I looked on The Iron County website, there is no phone number only an email. I emailed them with no response. Disputed the charge and recieved an email from the company. I canceled the dispute sincce the owner Bennett said they would ship it next week. Next week came, and I had not received an update. Emailed two more times with no response. Last instagram post is October 2024. I still have not recieved the item.
