To make an appointment you have to confirm the appointment with a $100 deposit. They then send an email saying that appointment is not available. They then said an email stating the **** account would be re-imbursed. The **** account was never reimbursed. I made 4 calls to Nashville office. They insisted an email was sent explaining the **** was re-imbursed. The Nashville office seemed trained on what to say to keep deflecting the issue and not actually helping by giving a contact in their accounting department. The Chicago office  NEVER answers the phone. I tried many times over 3 or 4 days. I bet they don't even have a actual store or any products, because I drove there and could not find it. Alas! Sour grapes!! Thanks.
