I ordered what they called a rug. When it came it was just a thick towel or bath mat like towel thing. It could never be used as a rug walked on or vacuumed it came folded in a small package as a rug would not be able to fit in a small package folded. It looked very little like the picture. The colors were different the texture was different the thickness was different. I tried to return it and they said I cannot return it. I've already contacted my credit card company and I'm disputing it now.
