Type of a scam Online Purchase
Paid for a house flipping coaching program that didn't deliver as advertised
Since there are features nonconforming with the advertised program, I asked them to consider discussing
options to reduce the program's cost, if repair-exchange-refund / cancel option is not available. Program's details are not matching the advertised features:
1. Stated that it will provide 60 strategies to find leads; facts: couldn't find more than 30,
including the redundant ones
2. Program's learnings and support are not as promised: coaching calls are limited, and
questions asked via emails get delayed and/or evasive replies, if any
3. Coaching for mind setting and / or habits building module is just 'stuffing' having no input for flipping houses activity, carrying no certification through programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation or the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching
The contract was based on false information; 'no-refund' terms and conditions should be void.
