I tried to purchase a bird, Indian Ring Neck parakeet, online from The Finch Farm back in March 2021. I gave them my credit card info and paid $637.98. I received and email back stating it could take up to a year before I would receive the bird being that they were waiting on more to hatch and they would contact me when one would be sent to me through the mail. So I waited about 5 months and tried to contact them on an update. There was no way to get in touch with them the number ###-###-#### gave no info or a person to talk to. That's when I tried to contact my credit card company to cancel and was told it was too late. I truly believe they get you by telling you it could take a while to have a bird sent to you. So you wait then it's too late. They get your money and you get nothing.
