I ordered some shoes for my mother on thedesigningclothes.com with expedited shipping on 12/19. It is 12/31 and still no shoes or tracking. Order status is order confirmed. I emailed the contact email four times since 12/22 looking for tracking. No response. I called the number (came up from Falls Church, VA) expecting to reach customer service. The gentleman on the other side of the phone did not speak English so I asked a co-worker speak to him, turns out he runs a kitchen supply company and had no idea why his number was on the site. The online business is a fraud. $75 down the drain
