Online Retailer Scam

I paid $75 for a consultation scheduled for June 29, 2024, which she missed. After requesting a refund twice, she assured me she would personally handle my case instead. I then paid $500 for a 6+ month credit repair program, where disputes were supposed to be sent monthly. However, only two disputes were ever submitted—one in August and one in December—despite paying for ongoing service.
Starting January 22, 2025, the company stopped responding to my messages, and my emails bounced. In February, they sent a mass email claiming “technical difficulties” but never resumed communication or service. Since disputes require a two-factor authentication code from me, and I never received one after December, I know no additional work was done.
When I reported them to the Attorney General, they falsely claimed they had responded to me, offered a partial refund, and provided updates—none of which happened. I have also reported this matter to the ScamPulse.com and will take all necessary steps to recover my full $575 refund.
