I placed an order through a company that frequently advertises on Instagram. After doing some research it appeared that orders shipped from their “main distribution warehouse in Canada” and I should be receiving my order in 4-6 business days. After receiving tracking information email it showed that my order was not shipping from anywhere in Canada but instead coming from somewhere in China. I reached out to the support email to inquire about the status of my order when the tracking information did not updated for 6 business days. I received an email stating that their Canadian warehouse had no stock of the item in my order so they had to ship from one of their other warehouses. I was also told not to worry and that my order would be on the way. 23 business days later and I still have not received my order. I have reached out an additional 3 times and the company continues to assure me that my order is “on the way and should arrive within a week”.
