But I saw that my membership had renewed last month with a charge on my credit card and while I'm able to access the email templates that are Google docs, I'm not able to access ANY of the Canva templates.
I have tried reaching out to the support via the Contact form on the website and several email addresses that are on the website, but a few of them have gotten back as not being valid. The only email address that has gone through has been to [email protected], but I have not received any responses, despite multiple emails in almost a month.
The website says that there is a way to cancel your membership, but I cannot find it in my profile or account as it is described.
