I ordered something from this website on September 17th. After realizing it still hasn’t shipped till this day, I emailed the person asking them to cancel the order and refund me. I have emailed twice and messaged them on Instagram and haven’t gotten a response. It will be two weeks on Saturday since I got a confirmation email about my order but no shipping info.
