I clicked on a facebook ad for a small vacuum cleaner, paid for the product, was charged immediately for it, received a confirmation email, but have never received the product (ordered 3 months ago).

Saw an ad on Facebook for bluetooth controlled christmas tree lights and went to the website and purchased. 2 weeks later after no updates sent an email asking for an update and still no reply. After another week went to the website and called the number listed in the "Contact" tab and found out it is a phone sex number. Also discovered the address says California but isn't a real zip code or city.
