I used this site one time to try and change a written document to a word document as it said it could. It did not. They charge for this, which I did not have a problem with. It said single document was 95cents, I was ok with that. It’s in big letters and worked for me as I didn’t want a subscription. Apparently after sucking you in to believing that it is single use, it’s not. It’s a free trial that they have falsely advertised as a single use. A week later they charge you almost $40 for the subscription you didn’t want. I had to point out that they had falsely advertised the free trial as a single use to get them to refund my money. I looked on line and several people have had the same experience.
