My debit/credit card information was stolen and used at this location recently for several hundred dollars. The first transaction was for a few cents and then there were 2 additional charges, each several hundred dollars. This is a common scam that thieves use, try for a small charge first, once the small charge is approved then the thieves go big. Obviously an employee at this establishment is assisting thieves. The employee had to run the card through for a few cents before the employee charged my stolen card several hundred dollars. I called to inform them and was told, "this happens all the time in this area" and to "dispute the charge through my bank and IF it's fraud my bank will handle it". I don't even live in the same state as this restaurant and the female employee made it apparent that she didn't give AF that the restaurant she is working for is enabling thieves. It was very obvious by my conversation with this woman that she didn't care that someone used a stolen card. She was very dismissive of my concerns. The employees here obviously don't care that they are assisting thieves. The woman also informed me that they do have security cameras yet she offered no assistance with identifying the thieves or being helpful in any way. Stay clear of this place.
