We enlisted him to make a large wooden backdrop for an event we were putting on. We spoke with him on the phone and he seemed very knowledgable and even sent us a very detailed proposal with 3 different options and asked for a deposit of 50% to cover the cost of the vinyl he would have to use and to hold his time. He then kept trying to change what we originally agreed upon for a finished product. By the time he stopped giving us the runaround and excuses about why the project was not moving forward we had lost a significant amount of time. At this time he made up an excuse that we had "taken too long to make decisions" when he was the one being unresponsive. We would answer his questions within a matter of hours each time. He also got very snippy when we asked to speak to the printer he was using for the vinyl on the sign directly because we had some questions about color. This is because he never talked to the printer. Ultimately he sent an email saying that he would refund our money but did not give us any money back.
