I found a Facebook ad showing personalized carved animals. I purchased 3 and the business offered a 4th for free which i accepted but then i realized i didn't have the option to personalize the 4th so i canceled the 4th item. I received 1 item but the other 2 have yet to be received. I have written multiple emails to which i received a new tracking # for the missing items. The tracking starts in China (even though the website suggests its an American company) and the tracking has stopped updating now as of 12/19 when it supposedly had reached "a local carrier"....it is now 12/27.

Like an [censored], I didn't perform my own due diligence before ordering. And I ordered well before A LOT--ALMOST ALL--NEGATIVE REVIEWS started piling up. I used a credit card for my purchase, but my credit card company (Citibank) has so far refused to return my money because I'm unable to find the address of this company so I can return the product!! The product came from China, and I no longer have the envelope. That's on me. But anyway, they list the Montana address both on their social media accounts as well as if you do an internet search. Search that address online after I ordered the product, again on me, and it's a dirt lot with a metal structure, kind of like a shed, on it. Obviously not a company that produces this item. And when I do a search on the post office website to find the plus +4 for their zip code, the address comes up not found. The product that I got was dented, poorly cut, and the names were not all the same color brown. Also, the font that was used was nothing like that shown in the ad nor were the names placed like they were in the ad. I wrote the company via their website and they requested pictures of the item. Of course, I sent them pictures immediately, and I haven't heard from them since. I've given them substantial time to get back to me and I've even contacted them several times since. However, Dave ghosted me. It was at this time that I decided to look for all the reviews and everyone else seems to have been defrauded the same way I have. The item came from china, not the United states. I'm thewoodoo.com website, there is a story about how the company came to be, which is total bs. And there is an American flag on the top of one of the pages. Again, total BS. The product came from China not the United States. I'm usually very smart, but I obviously feel quite short this time. I should have known better. After I filed the complaint with my credit card company, I started seeing lots of ads for this very same product but through different companies. Please don't fall for any of these please don't fall for any of these ads! They're all the same, a puzzle made out of wood with the names of family members on it. It can be all kinds of animals, or things, and they all fit together. But what you'll get won't look anything like the photo. Not only that, but the item I got was extremely cheap wood. Like super lightweight. Definitely not a quality product
