My 16 year old daughter purchased a tack set from this company on April 23rd, 2021, off a post they had made to a group she follows called ********** ******* ****** * *******. We etransferred her the money and requested tracking info etc which we never received. They claimed the product would be shipped the next day. We have still not received the product, or a refund and have been getting nothing but the run around from them since. I posted a share to ******** and many others have contacted me in a flood of messages and comments stating they also had the same experience. Suppliers who have lost hundreds, and individuals as well. I have reported the site on both [censored] and I******** as a scam and the website isn't legit either. I have since found out that they take photos off other reputable sites and post to their website claiming to sell. I have messages of a few different addresses they are using and want to report this business and make others aware so they don't lose money as well. We only wanted our product, or a refund and neither have happened.
