I saw an ad for an item I was interested in on facebook. I purchased the item from Vault Grab on February 22nd 2018. The item never arrived. I have emailed/and tried live chat (they are always "away" and will email a response), as there is no phone number/address for them. They took my money and did not deliver. Do not purchase anything from this company.

Placed an online order for black head remover. After being told it was shipped and I would receive shipping tracking information I did not. Was told I would receive order in a few days, I did not. Reached out to customer service and they will not even respond to me
