Purchase was on my debit card. Email was sent saying it was ship on December 22nd. I have got my order yet. I can't find a phone number and they will not reply to my email. Their refund policy says no refund after thirty days. Today is January 17th.

Placing orders ,not getting product, no one responds on theor fb page everyone in their has had the same thing happen,they are a copy cat of vanity planet,this company is called the vanity planet.
