Ordered on May 4 and was told it was shipped on May 7 but the tracking number doesn’t work and looks to be shipping from the U.K. advertised that they were shipping from USA. I’ve emailed them twice with no response and of course no product. Will be asking for my credit card to cancel purchase. It is a scam on Facebook. Please don’t fall for it. I ordered 4 and have not received anything.

The site showed a uv box to kill germs. I made my purchase and it said 5 to 8 days for delivery. It has been over a month now. I received 3 tracking numbers for my 1order. 1 number not valid, one said whistl delivery is shipping, and another said a shipping service in China where my product has allegedly been sitting for a month. I check the status on the uv box site and that said it's still in fulfillment. They won't return any support emails and they have no phone number that has an actual person. They advertise online, and on Facebook constantly.

Also, these guys run under the name and web site pilotnavia and have a facebook page as well.

when you order they send you an email with a created usps label that never gets shipped. their support is only by email promising to respond within 24 hrs. no response ever. When you call the 800 number no matter what option you choose its directs you to email. They never respond. They took my money never sent the uv box and never refunded after many requests. Their FB page has many comments Im assuming are complaints and they hid the comments so you cant view. There was one comment they did catch and the buyer said fraud company. I want y money back. $59.50.

My purchase on May 4 was made using a credit card. I'm having the same issue and am in the process of pursuing all avenues to bring these SOBs to an end. They are housed on Shopify who says wait 30 days to file a complaint. I'm doing all I can now, including fraud with FBI.

Company sells UV Boxes, but product never arrived, never shipped. Claims to ship from US, but sent me a "tracking number" from a delivery service based in the UK. Tracking number does work. "For limited time, we will pay your shipping cost. We are delivering inside the USA for free. Typically, Domestic shipping (USA) is $9.71, and international shipping is $18.25. This month it's free!" Doesn't make sense if the delivery service they sent me a tracking number for is based in the UK.

Their company photo is a stock image with their logo photoshopped onto their shirts. Does not respond to inquiries about the order.

Something is not right. They are a fake company.
