I used this site to try to unlock my cell phone and they claim they can unlock ANY phone worldwide but after reading some reviews which stated that they all got an email from them saying that they couldnt unlock their phone and would give a refund within 7 business days but they never get a refund. So this morning I got an email from them saying the exact same thing - they couldnt unlock my phone and that I would recieve a refund within 7 business days but havent yet.

It is an mobile Unlocking Company, posting the price $4.99 for unlocking, and in few hours you get e-mail notification from the Team saying oh we are unable to unlock your device, but they take the payment and not the posted $4.99 but $49.99. and when I asked them to refund, they said give us 10 days, and its been more than a month and no refund yet,

I was looking for a company to unlock my cell phone from its provider I attempted to use an online company they processed my payment then 2 days later told me they were unable to provide me with the code to unlock my phone. They said via email I could have the refund for my purchase within 7 business days. I didn't receive the refund and emailed the company as there was no phone number to contact I received an email saying it could take a total of 12 business days to see the refund. It has now been 13 days I contacted the company via email again and was told there was a technical error with the refund and that to ensure I received the refund I needed to provide a pay pal email. I do not use pay pal and did not process the payment via paypal. I have since looked at other reviews online to see the majority have the same issue as me this company is a scam.
