The Lia Platform Sandal fell apart on the first wear. The Pina Sandal Cream Ruffle came in two different sizes per foot with damage to the band on the smaller sandal. the strap on the Pina Sandal Cream Pearl is losing pearls. The Soraya sandal is a very cheaply made knock off from the picture. I have waited 3 months for these items that I spent over $100 on and none of them are wearable! The season is almost over.

I ordered shoes off of thetrendytoe.com, using my credit card. I immediately received a paypal receipt and had seen that they charged me. I tried to get into contact with them via Facebook, Instagram, and email. I have records of our correspondence. I asked for shipping information and they gave me vague answers blaming late shipping on COVID-19 and that more information would be on its way soon. This went on for four weeks. I asked them for a refund and got no response via email. I asked them for a refund via Facebook and Instagram and got no response. I left comments on their Instagram posts telling others about my experience at https://www.instagram.com/thetrendytoestore/ and they deleted any negative comments (including mine) and blocked my account. I did some research, there is no address and no phone number. This is a scam and their website is selling fake shoes to people, they have scammed hundreds of people and have a huge following. Please shut them down!
